Due to an unexpected death in the family of one of the band members, the Tokyo Police Club/Eagle Seagull/Sisters show at Birdy's this Wednesday, March 19th has been cancelled. ***TOKYO POLICE CLUB***

Tokyo Police Club released their debut EP "A Lesson In Crime" in 2006 on Paperbag Records, with "Smith EP" released in 2007. Soon after, the band signed with indie faves Saddle Creek, the home of Bright Eyes, Cursive, and countless others. Their first full length, titled "Elephant Shell," is due out April 22, 2008.

Eagle Seagull began recording their self-titled debut in November of 2004, releasing it in October of 2005 on Paper Garden Records. Recently signed to German heavyweights Lado, expect their sophomore effort this year!

Sisters is Ryan Reidy, Brian Allen, and Tony Beemer, 3 of Indianapolis' top local musicians. Catch them opening the show, fresh off a stint at the famed SXSW music festival.
